CrimeaSOS: confirmation of educational qualifications will contribute to the restoration of personnel potential after the de-occupation of Crimea

8 / 02 / 2023

Confirmation of the educational qualifications of specialists will contribute to the formation of the personnel reserve in Crimea after the de-occupation. The Head of the Board of CrimeaSOS, Oleksii Tilnenko, said this at a meeting on the de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea at the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories.

“The issue of forming a personnel reserve for work in the de-occupied territories is also important and requires preparatory work from the Ukrainian authorities. In our opinion, it is worth taking advantage of all opportunities. One of them is the implementation of the procedure for confirming the acquired educational qualifications in the temporarily occupied territories”, – Oleksii Tilnenko believes.

Of course, this applies not to all specialties. However, after the liberation of the territories occupied by russia, we should not rely only on personnel brought from the mainland. According to Oleksii Tilnenko, such a decision would be suboptimal. That is why it is necessary to involve the local population and youth in the restoration of industries, in particular the educational sector.

On February 8, 2023, the Ministry of Reintegration held an interdepartmental meeting on the de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea. The meeting was chaired by Iryna Vereshchuk, Vice Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine. It was attended by representatives of the power bloc, Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in Crimea Tamila Tasheva, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Emine Dzhaparova, Head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Refat Chubarov, MPs, as well as representatives of NGOs.
