Since April 2022, CrimeaSOS “legal hotline” specialists have received 3,086 appeals from internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other war victims.

More than 5% of all appeals came from residents and internally displaced persons from the Kherson region. On the night of June 6, the russians blew up the Kakhovka HPP dam. As a result, dozens of settlements in southern Ukraine were flooded. In this regard, hundreds of people who were evacuated from flooded areas are in need of humanitarian, legal assistance and help with the search for the missing.

One can contact the numbers +38 097 327 69 56 and +38 095 931 00 65 to report cases of military and civilian disappearances, as well as to find out where this information can be forwarded. One can also send WhatsApp and Signal messages to these numbers.
