CrimeaSOS “legal hotline” specialists received 3,607 appeals

Since April 2022, specialists of the “CrimeaSOS legal hotline” have received 3,607 appeals from people affected by russia’s war against Ukraine.
More than 30% of all requests are related to administrative services: issuing domestic and foreign passports, as well as their renewal.
Previously, CrimeaSOS shared the list of bodies and divisions of the State Migration Service, which are represented by the service centres of SE “Document” in Ukraine and abroad. It will be useful to those who have encountered problems when making Ukrainian documents, in particular foreign and domestic passports. Using the contacts in the table, one can independently apply to the divisions of the State Migration Service through the relevant departments of SE “Document”.
