Russian law enforcement services conducted a search in the Sovetskyy region of Crimea

Rakhimov’s wife, Sahiba Burkhanova, together with their two underaged children, were at home. Aiub Rakhimov was not at home. 

“At 6:30 am, villagers saw several vehicles and a large number of law enforcement officers. They did not give comments in regards to the reason for those investigative actions. As it became known from accounts of neighbors, the owner of the house left for work,” – activists say. 

According to Takiiuddin Rakhimov, a 15-year-old son of Aiub Rakhimov, the law enforcement officers wanted to see his father. 

According to the activists, Takiiuddin Rakhimov and his mother, Sahiba Burkhanova, were brought to the migration department of the Sovetskyy region.
