CrimeaSOS: The Cabinet of Ministers approved the creation of a personnel reserve for state bodies in the de-occupied territories
24 / 05 / 2023The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the creation of a reserve of personnel for the restoration of authorities in the de-occupied territories.
Initially, the project will be implemented in an experimental mode – Tamila Tasheva, the permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, announced this on her Facebook page.
Oleksii Tilnenko, the Head of the Board of CrimeaSOS, took part in the project development working group. In his opinion, the local population of the peninsula should be involved in the personnel reserve, rather than only specialists from the mainland of Ukraine.
“The issue of forming a personnel reserve for work in the de-occupied territories is also important and requires preparatory work from the Ukrainian authorities. In our opinion, it is worth taking advantage of all opportunities. As one of them, we see the implementation of the procedure for confirming acquired educational qualifications in the temporarily occupied territories”, — said Oleksii Tilnenko at a meeting on the deoccupation and reintegration of Crimea at the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories.
The project for the creation of a personnel reserve for state bodies in the de-occupied territories was developed by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service. Soon, an information system will be launched that will allow one to submit his/her candidacy to the recovery reserve. The experiment covers all occupied regions, including Crimea. Anyone can apply.
