2464 appeals were received by the CrimeaSOS “legal hotline”

CrimeaSOS “legal hotline” specialists received 2,464 appeals from internally displaced persons and war victims. CrimeaSOS lawyer Anastasiia Kalinina told more about this.

“During almost a year of work, CrimeaSOS “legal hotline” specialists received 2,464 appeals. The most common requests concern the preparation of documents, in particular, for children. Now, Ukrainians over the age of 14 being abroad can receive an ID card”, — said Anastasiia Kalinina.

To do this, one needs to contact one of the branches of SE Document in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk or Krakow. 

The required package of documents:

  • Birth Certificate;
  • Passport of a citizen of Ukraine of one or two parents;
  • Certificate of residence registration (if available);
  • Registration number of the taxpayer’s account card or notice of refusal to accept it (if available).

You may find out more about the procedure for obtaining an ID card abroad by citizens of Ukraine aged 14 or older or obtaining a passport for the first time by Ukrainians older than 18 years old on the website of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.
