CrimeaSOS “legal hotline” specialists have received 2,738 calls since April 2022. CrimeaSOS lawyer Anastasiia Kalinina told about this.
“”CrimeaSOS legal hotline” has been operating for a year – since April 2022. During this time, our specialists received 2,738 appeals from internally displaced persons, people from the occupied territories and other categories of victims of russia’s war against Ukraine. We continue providing legal advice to those who need it”, — says Anastasiia Kalinina.
During the year of work, the specialists of the “legal hotline” were most often approached with questions related to administrative services – approximately 30%, border crossing (12%) and social benefits (10 %). The rest of the requests related to a variety of issues, including establishing legal facts of birth and death, mobilization, education and document recovery.
