The voices of Ukrainians affected by the war shall be heard and their rights protected.

It is the reason why back in 2014, eight organizations united into an informal Coalition of Organizations that Care for Protecting the Rights of Victims of Armed Aggression against Ukraine, which includes: NGO “Donbas SOS”, NGO “Crimea SOS”, CF “Right to Protection”, CF “East SOS”, NGO “Civil holding “GROUP OF INFLUENCE”, CF “Stabilization Support Services”, Crimean Human Rights Group and ZMINA Human Rights Centre.

Our Coalition is a unique association of organizations that have been close to those affected by the war for over ten years, including: internally displaced persons, residents of temporarily occupied territories, illegally detained civilians, families of missing persons, and other victims of the war.

We are part of civil society responding to russian aggression. Systemic, sustainable, and impactful. We work with parliament, government, municipalities, and international partners to ensure that the rights of victims are protected.

We preserve institutional memory and help the state make decisions that actually work for people.

For us, partnership is not a formality, but a tool for real change. Working together with government institutions allows us to scale our achievements, minimize risks, and implement policies focused on people’s needs.

We are proud of the path we have taken together and thank every partner who drives change forward. Together we protect the rights of those affected by war.
