CrimeaSOS: the reintegration of the TOT cannot be avoided, therefore it is necessary to adopt complex and balanced mechanisms now
5 / 09 / 2023The de-occupation of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and their subsequent reintegration is approaching every day, so the Parliament should be developing complex and balanced decisions. This was stated by CrimeaSOS advocacy manager Anna Rassamakhina at the presentation of the “Roadmap of bills related to the protection of the rights of victims of russia’s war against Ukraine”.
“I would very much like the Parliament to realize a simple and obvious thing – reintegration processes are not a choice of the Parliament. Now, there is no question whether to “deal with reintegration or not”. De-occupation and reintegration are inevitable, and they are closer every day. The sooner the development of the same complex balanced mechanisms, which I have already talked about, begins, the better it will be. It had to be done not even “yesterday”, but even earlier”, — said Anna Rassamakhina.
On September 5, 2023, Ukraine Media Center — Ukrinform hosted a presentation of the project “Roadmap of bills related to the protection of the rights of victims of russia’s war against Ukraine”.
