As advised by Ievgeniy Iaroshenko, a CrimeaSOS analyst, in an interview to NHK (Japan), international organizations may assist in bringing Ukrainians who were moved by force from the occupied territories of Ukraine and areas of combat activities back home.
‘In particular, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is one of the organizations which may resettle asylum-seekers from one country to a third country that is safe. Such options should be discussed. It will enable Ukrainian citizens who cannot immediately return to Ukraine, move at least to a more civilized and safe country than russia’, says Ievgenii Iaroshenko.
We are talking of a special resettlement procedure that is applicable in russia,
As reported by the human rights parliamentary commissioner of Ukraine Liudmila Denisova, since the full-scale invasion began more than 700 000 people have been deported including 130 000 children.
