CrimeaSOS: 5 countries where Ukrainians can obtain extracts from the state registers of civil status acts under a simplified procedure

From July 3, 2023, Ukrainians living abroad can get access to the State Registration of Civil Status Acts (SRCSA) under a simplified procedure in five countries of the world.
“In the conditions of martial law, starting from February 2023, foreign diplomatic institutions designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine received additional powers to the actions they previously performed in the field of state registration of civil status acts”, — message of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
In particular, there is a possibility of issuing duplicate certificates of state registration of civil status acts obtained on the territory of Ukraine, and extracts from state registers of civil status acts.
Procedures for amending acts, their renewal and annulment were also simplified.
You may apply for relevant services to government institutions in five countries:
Poland:
- Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland;
- Consulate General of Ukraine in Lublin;
- Consulate General of Ukraine in Wroclaw;
- Consulate of Ukraine in Gdansk.
Germany:
- Embassy of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Germany;
- Consulate General of Ukraine in Dusseldorf;
- Consulate General of Ukraine in Hamburg;
- Consulate General of Ukraine in Frankfurt am Main;
- Consulate General of Ukraine in Munich.
Georgia:
- Embassy of Ukraine in Georgia.
Kazakhstan:
- Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Turkey:
- Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Turkey;
- Consulate of Ukraine in Antalya;
- Consulate General of Ukraine in Istanbul.
