War chronicles: the status of civilians in russian captivity

Ukrainian experts – human rights defenders have created a “Memorandum on the Procedure for Correctly Determining the Legal Status of Civilians in Russian Captivity” .

This Memorandum should serve as a terminological basis for coverage of the conflict by Ukrainian and foreign media, as well as representatives of the authorities and civil society.
