In occupied Crimea FSB employees intend to transfer illegally deputy head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars Ilmi Umerov to a psychiatric hospital, despite the poor state of his health. "Ukrinform" reports referring to Twitter of the lawyer Mykola Polozov.
"Despite the poor state of health Ilmi Umerov, today FSB employees intend to transfer illegally him to a psychiatric hospital. Without prejudice to the legal issues, namely, an appeal which has not been held , at the current state of health of Umerov, transferring is dangerous for his life", — Polozov writes.
Also the leader of the Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev confirmed it, and the first deputy chairman of the Mejlis Nariman Dzhelialov added on his Facebook, that Umerov is taken to department for persons who are not in custody.
"Ilmi Umerov is taken to the ninth department of the stationary forensic psychiatric examination for persons who are not in custody.
According to the doorplate at the entrance, here visits of relatives are allowed and parcels are accepted", — Dzhelialov said.
As reported, during the session in "Kyiv District Court" of Simferopol, where the application of the FSB on the appointment forensic psychiatric examination for Umerov was considered, he got sick. Ambulance took Umerov to hospital with a suspected heart attack. However, after that the court nevertheless granted the request of the investigator of FSB ruled direction of Umerov to forced psychiatric examination. Defense recently appealed the decision.
