Hayser Dzhemilev, the son of national leader of the Crimean Tatars, MP Mustafa Dzhemilev, are preparing for the release from the Russian colony. Lawyer Nikolai Polozov who visited Hayser Dzhemilev in the colony told it, "Ukrinform" reports.
"Hayser now in the squad. But we can assume that before the release (to be at the end of November), he was put in a punishment cell. It is a tradition in the colony. Before the release of prisoners, usually they are isolated. Perhaps, in order to deprive the contact so that they could not take the news from the other inmates to freedom", – Polozov said.
Hayser Dzhemilev also told his defender that he was eximined that indirectly also indicates preparation for release, the colony prepares medical card for released people.
Polozov recalled that on October 27 a court session to consider the appeal on the denial of parole would take place. "I think the outcome of this trial is known – it will be denied. Especially as it is about one month till simple release from prison of Hayser Dzhemilev", – he said.
Let us remind, in May 2013 Hayser Dzhemilev accidentally shot family's friend Fevzi Edemov from his father's carbine in the courtyard of his house in Bakhchisarai.
