October 3. More than 4 thousand Ukrainian orphans are illegaly transferred from occupied Crimea to different regions of Russia after the annexation of the peninsula. According to the representative of the Ombudsman of Ukraine Oksana Filipishina, children are forcibly converted Ukrainian documents to Russian ones.
October 5. In Feodosia in the morning of October 5 FSB conducted a search in the home of a member of regional Mejlis Suleiman Kadyrov.
October 5. The Verkhovna Rada adopted a resolution number 5215, which called on the international community to condemn Russia's decision to ban the Mejlis. 248 deputies voted for this resolution.
October 5. The Verkhovna Rada adopted a statement on the illegal detention by the Russian government of Ukrainian journalists Mykola Semena and Roman Sushchenko. 245 deputies voted for the corresponding resolution №5220.

October 6. Bakhchisarai district «court» continues to convict members of the Mejlis for their visit to the house of Ilmi Umerov.
The "court" found guilty of an administrative violation of two other members of the Mejlis Shevket Kaybullaev and Bekir Mamutov and imposed them fines. They are accused of violating article 20.28 "Organization of activity of a public or religious association, in respect of which the decision to suspend its activities made".
Earlier Bakhchisarai "court" found guilty of violating this article the Deputy Chairman of the Mejlis Ilmi Umerov. Another members of the Mejlis Ali Khamzin and Sadiq Tabah were fined for the same reason.
October 7. The detention in custody of the defendants in the "case of February 26" Mustafa Degermendzhi and Ali Asanov extended until January 7, 2017. The court session was held behind closed doors.
October 7. "Supreme Court" of Crimea extended the arrest of the defendants in the "case of Hizb ut-Tahrir" Enver Mamutov, Zevri Abseitov, Rustem Abiltarov and Remzi Memetov until January 12, 2017.
