Crimeans, who are accused of involvement in Sevastopol organization "Hizb ut-Tahrir", which is recognized as terrorist in Russia, will appear in the North Caucasus District Military Court. The so-called "Prosecutor's Office" of Sevastopol reported it.
"Prosecutor of Sevastopol Igor Shevchenko confirmed the indictment on the criminal case against the organizers and members of the terrorist organization department. They are accused of crimes according to Part 1, Part 2 of Article 2055 of the Criminal Code (establishment of a terrorist organization and participation in the activities of such an organization)", – the "Prosecutor's Office" reports and adds, that the criminal case was sent to the North Caucasus District Military Court for hearing on the merits.
It is also said in the statement, that four residents of Sevastopol are supposedly "active members of the organization "Hizb ut-Tahrir", who organized a department of this organizationon the territory of Sevastopol by militant Islamic propaganda combined with intolerance to other religions and active recruitment of supporters". In this regard, they are detained in custody by the occupation court.
