"We are preparing a separate lawsuit now, about the ban of the Mejlis. The Russian Federation is defendant as a state. We serve file a suit as against the state, as Ukraine against Russia. Accordingly, further law enforcement agencies provide us information about who is directly involved. When all the information is collected, we will appeal", − Sevostyanova told reporters.
According to her, it is planned to file a suit till the end of 2016.
Let us remind, on September 29 the Supreme Court dismissed the defense's appeal and confirmed the recognition of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people as an extremist organization.
