Crimean journalist Mykola Semena, who is accused of separatism by Crimean "authorities", changed to the status of accused, "Krym.Realii" reports.
According to the Semena’s lawyer Emile Kurbedinov, the Crimean journalist was informed about it while the interrogation in FSB.
"Yesterday we went to the interrogation. They called us up on the phone, but we decided to go. While the interrogation, Mykola decided to take advantage of Article 47 and 51, it means not to testify at all, that is, to refuse to testify and not to give self-incriminatory evidence. He got the decree, that he was involved in the case as the accused", – the lawyer said.
Emil Kurbedinov also said, that investigators appointed a linguistic expertise.
"We got a decree about appointed linguistic expertise. However, there was stated that the Federal Security Service governance expert in Crimea would expertise it. Neither first name, nor last name were not mentioned. We paid investigator’s attention on it, and demanded it in writing, so that we knew the first and the last name of the person who they would transferr it to", – the lawyer said.
Let us recall, that Semena is charged according to Part 2, Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Public calls for the implementation of actions aimed at violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation".
