Euromaidan activist Olexander Kostenko, who was sentenced to 3,5 years in prison by the Crimean "court", was placed to the disciplinary cell, "The Centre for Investigative Journalism" reports.
The Kostenko’s lawyer Dmytro Sotnikov told, the relatives of the defendant informed him about this in the morning.
"Tomorrow the question of conditional early discharge will be under consideration, and, of course, Kostenko’s transferring to the disciplinary cell can have bad influence on the decision. Though, my client never had features of bad behavior before", — Sotnikov said.
Let us remind, that tomorrow, on April 13th, Kirovo-Chepetsk District Court in Kirov Region in Russia will consider the conditional early discharge of Crimean Olexander Kostenko.
