Ukrainian political prisoner Oleksandr Kolchenko is already for four days in a punishment cell. A member of the Public Oversight Commission of Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation Tatiana Shur said it, television channel "112 Ukraine" informs.
"Today we visited him in the colony. Now he is in a punishment cell for 4 days, for violating the dress code", — she said.
Schur also reported that consul was not allowed to Kolchenko.
"The consul received a response from the Federal Penitentiary Service in Moscow, which stated that it was not within their competence, it was within competence of the head of the institution. We also said this when talking with the head of the colony", — she said.
The human rights activist also noted that Kolchenko does not complain on the state of health.
"He feels well. We drew up an act on the state of health and morale. He said that there was no pressure of any of the staff or other prisoners", — she said.
At the same time, Schur stressed that Kolchenko is in an information vacuum: letters were not transmitted to him for two months, it was made only before the arrival of human rights activists.
