In Crimea the children of political prisoner Emir Usein Kuku are under pressure to testify against their father, the lawyer Alexander Popkov writes in Facebook.
According to him, the person, who introduced himself as the employee of the FSB, has come to school to the children of the arrested, and talked about how bad their father is, and that he will sit for a long time in prison. The lawyer demanded bringing enforcer to justice, and after that Child Services started checking the poor exercise of parental responsibility by Emir Usein.
"The prosecutor's office has seen signs of a crime (Article 156 of the Criminal Code) allegedly in that Emir Usein caused the current situation by his inaction sitting in jail. And now the juvenile inspector initially demanded to bring the children to give explanations against their father, and when she has been refused, she began to perform various maneuvers to catch children without parents", — Popkov says.
The lawyer also said that children of Kuku are at home now and are afraid to go to school.
Emir Usein Kuku, a member of the Crimean contact group on human rights, was arrested on February 11, 2016 on suspicion of connection with the organization "Hizb ut-Tahrir", which is declared a terrorist in Russia.
