This is reported by Ukrainian Ombudsman Lyudmyla Denisova on Facebook.
“I just spoke on the phone with Tatyana Moskalkova, Russian Ombudsman. She informed me that within the framework of our preliminary agreements with her, two Kherson fishermen, Ruslan Kondratyuk and Andriy Morozov, who were held in occupied Crimea, were released along with their vessel,” wrote Denisova.
Now liberated Ukrainians are sent to the Kherson region.
In September 2018, the Russian border guards detained the captain and two sailors of the Ukrainian vessel YAMK-0041 while the motorboat moored due to a motor breakdown on the Crimean shore of Lake Sivash.
