«As for the Crimea, we are speaking about new ideas on de-occupation of the Crimea, using existing international and sanction mechanisms to finally return the Crimea to the fold of the Ukrainian sovereignty. We are preparing for the session of the UN General Assembly. Ukraine will come up with certain initiatives in the framework of the UN, relating to, in particular, the Crimea in the part of its de-occupation», – Yeliseev told.
The official added that the issues of the Crimea and Donbas remain «the alpha and omega» in the negotiations with the international partners.
The next session of the UN General Assembly is to start its work on September 12.
Important to note , the German company Siemens intends to investigate the violation of the agreement by the Russian company Technopromexport, which purchased the Siemens turbines and shipped them to the Crimea, having previously assured it would never happen.
