Ukraine’s Ministry for the informational policy has prepared a communication campaign to the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Crimean Tatars Deportation, which includes videos taken in the annexed Crimea. First Deputy Minister of Informational Policy Emine Dzhaparova informed this.

«It [the campaign] is not about politics, it is about a Human Being who always suffers great losses because of crimes. The crime of Deportation, the crime of Famine-Genocide, the crime of Holocaust. The crimes have no nationality, geography, sex or age », – Ms. Dzheppar wrote on Facebook.

The Deputy Minister noted that communication campaign to the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Crimean Tatars Deportation included videos and billboards which told about the victims of the Crimean Tatars deportation in 1944. The premier of the movie «Their Prayer», directed by Akhtem Seitablayev, will take place in the framework of the campaign.

On May 18, the victims of the Crimean Tatars deportation will be honoured with a minute of silence in the Crimea.
