Degermendshi and Chapukh, defendants in „Vedshye Kashka case“, granted to visit hospital on weekdays

Bekir Degermenshi and Asan Chapukh, activists of the Crimean Tatar national movement and defendants in the „Vedshye Kashka case“, who are held under house arrest, received permission to visit a hospital on weekdays until noon.


This was reported by activists of NGO „Crimean Solidarity“.

On Tuesday, February 5, „Kievskiy municipal court of Simferopol“ made the said decision.

The next session in court will see the defense plea for the same right be granted to Ruslan Trubach, another defendant in the case, who is also held under house arrest.
